All fees for our services are displayed on our website and confirmed before you complete your order. Payment terms include:

• Fees are non-refundable once government filing has commenced
• Additional fees may apply for expedited processing or complex cases
• Government fees are subject to change without notice
• Currency conversion rates are determined at the time of payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before Filing: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee if cancelled before any government submission
• After Filing: No refund once documents have been submitted to government authorities
• Rejected Applications: We will re-submit at no additional cost if rejection is due to our error
• Abandoned Applications: No refund for applications abandoned by the client

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 30 days of the original payment.

Processing times vary by jurisdiction and service type. Estimated timelines are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Factors affecting delivery include:

• Government processing times and backlogs
• Completeness and accuracy of submitted documents
• Additional requirements or queries from authorities
• Public holidays and government closures

We will keep you informed of your application status and any delays through your account dashboard and email notifications.

All content on the EasyInc website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Create derivative works based on our services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyInc shall not be liable for:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

• Your business activities conducted through companies we help register
• Any third-party claims related to your use of our services

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• You fail to pay fees when due
• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your access to our platform will be revoked. Any pending applications may be cancelled without refund.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

• Negotiation: Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties may agree to non-binding mediation
• Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
