4. Fees and Payment

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Before Filing: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee if cancelled before any government submission
  • After Filing: No refund once documents have been submitted to government authorities
  • Rejected Applications: We will re-submit at no additional cost if rejection is due to our error
  • Abandoned Applications: No refund for applications abandoned by the client

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 30 days of the original payment.

6. Service Delivery

Processing times vary by jurisdiction and service type. Estimated timelines are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Factors affecting delivery include:

  • Completeness and accuracy of submitted documents

We will keep you informed of your application status and any delays through your account dashboard and email notifications.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You fail to pay fees when due

Upon termination, your access to our platform will be revoked. Any pending applications may be cancelled without refund.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

  • Negotiation: Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation
  • Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties may agree to non-binding mediation
